After a wonderful response to our very first Christmas Day Buffet last year, we're delighted to be opening the Patio once again for Christmas Day lunch in 2026!
Gather your family and friends and enjoy a relaxed Christmas celebration in our family-friendly, all-weather Patio.
Our generous all-you-can-eat Christmas buffet features traditional roast carvery, fresh seafood on ice, a delicious selection of hot and cold sides, and a tempting spread of festive desserts.

It's the biggest party of the year at the Salisbury Hotel, and we're going out with a bang!
Our Annual Christmas Break-Up Party returns on Friday 11 December, bringing together outrageous Christmas costumes, festive drink specials, live music and a dance floor ready for a BIG night.
Whether you're celebrating the end of the working year, rounding up your workmates or getting the whole crew together for a Christmas catch-up, this is one Salisbury tradition you won't want to miss.
The festivities kick off with Happy Hour from 4pm, before Generator takes to the stage at 8:30pm to turn up the volume and keep the party going!
Book a table ahead and enjoy dinner from 5pm.

Thoughtfully curated by our Head Chef and kitchen team, each hamper features a delicious selection of premium South Australian produce, including whole king prawns, Harris hot-smoked barramundi, mini Gypsy Ham, seasonal accompaniments and festive dessert.

CarolS by candlelight @ the Pub RETURNS TO THE SALISBURY!
We're bringing the Christmas magic of carols back to the Salisbury! After such a lovely night last year, we're doing it all again on Saturday 19 December 2026, and we'd love the whole family to join us.
Santa's returning too! He'll be waiting in his very own Santa booth from 5pm, ready for FREE photos with the kids (and the big kids too!)
Gather everyone for dinner from 5pm before the carol performers start at 6:30pm in the Sports Bar. Expect all your favourite Christmas songs, a candlelit atmosphere and plenty of opportunities to sing along.
